Tom oversees all company operations, including project management, estimating, labor relations, corporate investment and purchasing. He began his career as an estimator in 1976 and became president in 1985. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Platteville and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
Steve has been with Gauthier since 1993. He received a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly in 1989.
Tim White joined the company in 1986 as a grading foreman. He graduated from NWTC with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology.

Heidi joined the company in 2003. She oversees payroll, receivables, job costing, IT issues and the day to day functions of the office.
